Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Uncommon ARC find. Because many of our pieces are vintage, preowned, or one of a kind, we carefully photograph and describe each item, including any visible signs of wear.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags still attached.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@uncommonarc.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Uncommon ARC is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also nonrefundable.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs so we can make it right.
